Mindfulness has the power to change our perceptions, attitudes, thoughts and feelings in ways creating more room for connection, balance and joy to our lives and the lives around us. In this 4-session series participants will learn about mindfulness practices integrating seasonal themes/practices.
Classes meet at the Perinton Rec Center:
Tuesday 7/8, Thursday, 7/10, Tuesday, 7/15 & Thursday 7/17
