A special Mindful Summer Morning designed for Bishop Kearney families and students to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect...with themselves and with each other...all in the beauty of nature with our BK Family.
Laura Gavigan, owner of Mindful Matters, Mindful Counselor, Coach & educator who has worked with our faculty and middle school students this year, leads this 90-minute outdoor session.
Mindful Movement: Gentle stretching to release tension & ground the body. Guided Meditation: Calm the mind with breath & present-moment awareness. Mindful Journaling: Reflective prompts to cultivate gratitude, clarity, and peace. Time to Connect: Quiet moments for personal reflection and shared time with your BK Family.
Journals will be provided.
